What are your business hours?
We're open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We also offer appointments on Saturdays for special projects. We're closed on Sundays.
Do you provide estimates?
Yes! We provide detailed, written estimates for all types of work. Call us for a quote. For insurance claims, we can also provide estimates remotely with photos.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and insurance checks. Personal checks may be accepted at our discretion. For collision work, we bill insurance companies directly.
Do you provide a warranty on your work?
Absolutely! We stand behind our work with warranties on all services. Collision repairs come with a lifetime warranty, and other services are covered based on the type of work performed.

What types of vehicles do you work on?
We work on most makes and models - domestic, import, classic cars, trucks, and SUVs. From everyday drivers to specialty vehicles, we have the expertise and equipment to help.
How long does a typical repair take?
It depends on the scope of work. Simple maintenance like oil changes can be done in under an hour. More complex repairs may take several days. Restorations are scheduled based on project requirements. We'll provide a time estimate with your quote.
Do I need an appointment?

Do you use OEM or aftermarket parts?
We offer both options! We can source original manufacturer (OEM) parts or high-quality aftermarket parts, depending on your preference and budget. We'll discuss the best option for your specific needs.

Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes! We work with all major insurance companies and can handle the entire claims process for you. We'll work directly with your adjuster to ensure you get the quality repairs you deserve.
Will my insurance cover the repairs?
Coverage depends on your specific policy and the nature of the damage. We'll review your coverage with you and can communicate directly with your insurance company to clarify what's covered.
Can I choose my own repair shop?
Absolutely! You have the legal right to choose where your vehicle gets repaired, regardless of what your insurance company recommends. We'll work with any insurance company to ensure you get quality repairs.
Custom Work & Restoration
How long does a restoration project take?
Restoration timelines vary greatly depending on the vehicle's condition and the level of restoration desired. A partial restoration might take 3-6 months, while a frame-off restoration could take 12-24 months or more. We'll provide a detailed timeline during consultation.
Can you help with parts sourcing?
Yes! We have extensive connections with parts suppliers and can help source hard-to-find parts for classic cars and restorations. We'll work with you to find the right parts at fair prices.
Do you do custom fabrication?
Absolutely! Our fabrication shop can create custom parts, roll cages, bumpers, exhaust systems, and more. We have welding, CNC, and laser cutting capabilities to bring your custom vision to life.
Can I see my project during the build?
Of course! We encourage customers to visit and check on their projects. We'll also provide regular updates with photos and can discuss any decisions that come up during the build process.
