Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Lefty's Bike Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Lefty's Auto Crafters, 115 Weakley Way Rd, Pinehurst, TX 77362, (832) 494-6136, lefty@leftysautocrafters.com (the "Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York and Florida, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. A motorcycle license is encouraged but is not required to enter or win.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on November 5, 2026. It ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on the day the Sponsor's YouTube channel (youtube.com/@leftysautocrafters437) reaches 5,000 subscribers, or on an earlier end date the Sponsor announces in advance on this page and its social channels (the "Giveaway Period"). The Sponsor will post the end date on this page when it is set. The Sponsor's computer is the official clock.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, go to www.leftysautocrafters.com/giveaway and fill out the entry form completely, including your full name, email, phone number, mailing address, date of birth and how you heard about the Giveaway. You must agree to these Official Rules. A completed form gives you one (1) entry.

Limit: one (1) entry form per person and per email address. More than one form from the same person, or entries made with multiple or fake identities, scripts, bots or other automated means, will be void.

5. Bonus Entries

On the entry form, you may earn one (1) bonus entry for each of the following Sponsor accounts you follow or subscribe to: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, for a maximum of four (4) bonus entries and five (5) total entries per person. Bonus entries are free. The Sponsor will verify that the potential winner follows or subscribes to every account they claimed. Bonus entries that can't be verified will not count, and the Sponsor may draw again. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with YouTube, Google, Instagram, Meta, Facebook or TikTok.

6. Prize

One (1) prize: a used 2000 Harley-Davidson FLSTF Fat Boy motorcycle, 88 cubic inch engine, about 12,900 miles, with orange and silver paint, flames and blue stripes. Approximate retail value (ARV): $7,500 USD. The motorcycle is awarded "AS IS," in its current condition, including normal wear and some nicks and chips in the paint, with no warranty of any kind. The Sponsor will transfer the title to the winner.

The winner must pick up the motorcycle in person at the Sponsor's shop in Pinehurst, Texas, within thirty (30) days after being confirmed, at a time agreed with the Sponsor. All travel, shipping, title transfer, registration, licensing, insurance and taxes are the winner's responsibility. The Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the prize, and the winner must provide a valid taxpayer ID before the prize is awarded. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the motorcycle becomes unavailable.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Within fourteen (14) days after the Giveaway Period ends, the Sponsor will draw one (1) potential winner at random from all eligible entries received. Each valid entry, including verified bonus entries, has an equal chance of being drawn. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The Sponsor will contact the potential winner by email first, then by phone. The potential winner must respond within thirty (30) days of the first attempt to contact them. They may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where allowed by law, a publicity release, and to show valid government photo ID at pickup. If the potential winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or does not comply with these rules, they forfeit the prize and the Sponsor may draw an alternate winner.

8. Publicity

Where allowed by law, and only with the winner's consent, the Sponsor may use the winner's name, city, state and photo or video on its website and social media to announce the winner.

9. Privacy

Information you submit will be used to run the Giveaway, verify eligibility and contact the winner, as described in the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. If you choose to receive offers from Lefty's, the Sponsor may also send you marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. The Sponsor does not sell entrant information.

10. General Conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final. The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or acts in a fraudulent or disruptive way. If the Giveaway can't run as planned because of fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the Sponsor's control, the Sponsor may cancel, change or suspend it and, if it does, award the prize by random draw from the eligible entries received before that action.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, you release the Sponsor and its owners, employees and agents from any liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from taking part in the Giveaway or from accepting, owning, riding or using the prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries or for technical failures.

12. Disputes and Governing Law

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas.

13. Winner's Name

To get the winner's name (available after the winner is confirmed), email lefty@leftysautocrafters.com with the subject line "Bike Giveaway Winner" within sixty (60) days after the Giveaway Period ends.
